PMO Preparer
As a Project Manager coordinating Tax initiatives within the KDN delivery portfolio, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of client-facing projects. Your responsibilities include organizing activities, aligning resources, and facilitating communication across internal teams to meet client expectations. You’ll track progress using project tools, maintain quality standards, and support decision-making to keep deliverables on schedule. With a strong focus on relationship management, you’ll ensure stakeholders—especially clients—are informed, engaged, and confident in the project’s direction and outcomes.
Experience
- Holds a recognized project management certification suitable for entry-level roles.
- Demonstrates a solid understanding of current project management methodologies, with the ability to apply them in practical settings.
- Has prior exposure or internship experience in large multinational environments or Big 4 accounting firms (preferred).
- Is familiar with basic tools and metrics used to monitor and evaluate project performance.
- Possesses strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail.
- Trusted to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Thrives in customer-focused environments, contributing positively to team culture and client satisfaction.
- Collaborates effectively with senior team members, learning from their guidance to improve performance.
- Shows initiative in developing skills and competencies that support personal growth and team advancement.
