We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director to lead and expand our Contracts Legal Managed Services operations, with a strategic focus on global delivery and innovation. Based in Argentina, this role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our legal managed services offering, driving operational excellence, and fostering global integration across KPMG member firms.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in contract lifecycle management, legal operations, and stakeholder engagement at the executive level. They will lead a high-performing team, manage complex client relationships, and contribute to the strategic growth of our Global Delivery Center (GDC).

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Global Delivery

• Define and execute the strategic roadmap for contract services within the GDC.
• Lead global integration efforts across delivery centers and KPMG Law teams worldwide.
• Drive innovation in service delivery, leveraging AI and CLM technologies.
• Represent the GDC in strategic discussions with KPMG member firms and clients.

Operational Excellence

• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle management, including drafting, negotiation, and compliance.
• Ensure regulatory alignment across jurisdictions and continuous improvement of legal operations.
• Champion the adoption and optimization of legal tech tools, including AI and CLM platforms.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Cultivate and manage senior-level client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align legal services with business objectives.
• Lead transition and onboarding of new clients into the GDC framework.

Team Leadership & Development

• Inspire and mentor a team of legal professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
• Set strategic performance goals and ensure delivery against KPIs.
• Promote professional development and succession planning within the team.

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in legal operations, contract law, and managed services.
• Proven leadership in multinational environments, ideally within Big 4 or large legal service providers.
• Demonstrated success in managing global legal projects and cross-border teams.
• Expertise in contract lifecycle management, negotiation, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong command of legal technology, including AI and CLM platforms.
• Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English (C1 minimum); Spanish proficiency is a plus.
• Deep understanding of legal frameworks across jurisdictions, especially Latin America.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed, and global environment.

Location

• Argentina-based role with flexibility for remote work and collaboration across time zones.
